These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the silly website (sillyindia.online) and mobile app (together, "the Platform", "we", "us"). silly is owned and operated by Chetan Kadoliya, 632, Patwari Chowk, Bijalpur, Indore, 452012, Madhya Pradesh, India. By booking a ticket or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Our service

silly is an online ticket booking platform for Garba, Dandiya and Navratri festive events. Events are organized by third-party event organizers; silly lists the events and sells entry passes on their behalf as a ticketing partner.

2. Account

• You sign in using mobile OTP verification or Google sign-in.
• You must provide accurate information, including the attendee name shown on the ticket.
• You are responsible for keeping your login and OTP confidential.

3. Prices and payment

• The pass price for each event is set by the event organizer and shown on the event page.
• A platform fee (currently ₹20 per booking) is added to the pass price. The full payable amount is shown before you pay.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• A booking is confirmed only after the payment is successful and a ticket is issued.

4. Tickets and entry

• Each ticket has a unique QR code and is valid only for the event, night and pass type shown on it.
• Each QR code can be scanned for entry only once. Do not share your ticket; the first person to present it will be admitted.
• The event organizer may refuse entry for misconduct, intoxication, prohibited items or breach of venue rules. No refund is due in such cases.
• Venue rules, dress codes, age limits and timings are set by the event organizer.
• Reselling tickets at a higher price is not permitted.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Event changes

The event organizer is responsible for running the event. If an event is cancelled, postponed or its venue is changed, we will inform you using the contact details on your account and process refunds as per our Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited use

You must not misuse the Platform, attempt fraudulent bookings or chargebacks, copy or forge tickets, or interfere with the Platform's security. We may suspend accounts involved in such activity.

8. Limitation of liability

silly acts as a ticketing facilitator. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct, quality or safety of an event, or for any loss arising at the venue. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of booking applies to that booking.
