Digital delivery only

silly sells digital event tickets. No physical products are shipped and there are no shipping charges.

When you receive your ticket

• Your e-ticket with a unique QR code is issued instantly after successful payment.
• It is displayed on the booking confirmation screen and can be downloaded as an image.
• All your tickets are always available under My Tickets on sillyindia.online/book.html and in the silly app, after signing in with the same account.

Using your ticket

Show the QR code on your phone, or a printout, at the event entrance. The organizer's staff scans it for entry.

Ticket not received?

If your payment succeeded but you can't see the ticket within 30 minutes, contact us with your registered phone number and payment reference. If the ticket can't be issued, the full amount is refunded as per our Refund Policy.
