1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the silly app ("the App", "the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and profile creation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTP/login credentials.

3. Nature of the Service

silly is a platform that helps users discover and connect with dance partners and Garba/Dandiya events. We do not guarantee the identity, intentions, behaviour or conduct of any user, and we are not a party to any arrangement, meeting or event between users.

4. User Conduct & Safety

• Users must behave respectfully and must not harass, threaten, defraud or misrepresent themselves to other users.
• Sharing of obscene, abusive, defamatory or unlawful content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
• We strongly recommend meeting new connections in public places, especially for the first time.
• Verification badges indicate that a profile has passed our verification checks but do not guarantee the safety or intent of any user; users must exercise their own judgment.

5. Fees, Payments & Refunds

• A connection fee (currently ₹100) is charged when a partner request is accepted; a portion (currently ₹50) is credited as a reward to the accepting partner, and the remainder is retained as platform commission (currently 10%).
• A platform fee (currently ₹20) applies to event ticket bookings, in addition to the ticket price set by the event organizer.
• All fees are shown transparently before payment is made. Fees are subject to change; any change will be reflected in the app before you complete a transaction.
• Refunds, where applicable (e.g. rejected requests, cancelled events), are processed to your in-app wallet as per the specific refund policy shown at the time of the transaction.
• Payments are processed through third-party secure payment gateways; we do not store your card/bank details on our servers.

6. Events & Tickets

Events listed on the App may be organized by third-party organizers/businesses. silly acts only as a discovery and ticketing facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, cancellation or conduct of any third-party event; any such issues should be raised with the event organizer, with our support team assisting where possible.

7. Wallet

The in-app wallet reflects connection fees, rewards, refunds and ticket-related transactions. Wallet balances are non-transferable to other users and can be used only within the App unless otherwise stated.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the App, including logos, design and branding, is the property of silly. By uploading photos or content to your profile, you grant us a limited licence to display that content within the App for the purpose of providing our services.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or behaving in a manner that compromises the safety of other users, without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

silly is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to interactions, meetings or events with other users. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
